Our History
H & R General Contractors was started in 2000 by Mr. Ken Halcomb and Mr. Shannon Richter. Ken and Shannon bring over 25 years of combined experience in the construction industry. They have trained and served as independent adjusters working major catastrophes. Their experience has taught them valuable lessons from both sides of the industry. This knowledge and their personal integrity enables H & R General Contractors to better serve its customer. We aim to bring all parties together to make sure your project is completed with the highest quality and with an approach that works best for your individual situation. We are experts at reducing down time and ensuring construction productivity to the fullest extent possible. This expertise and customer service is what we are known for.
